Free Shipping Policy Only
It is free shipping only for all orders with shipping address in all India state. For which you have to make a minimum purchase of 499 rs.
For purchase less than 499 rs, shipping charges are applicable for all orders with ‘Outside Bihar’ address.
You are informed about those applicable charges.

Confirm Order will be delivered within 4-5 working days.
Payment & Charges
You can pay only by Bank Cheque/Debit Card/Credit Card/RTGS/Net Banking Transfer/UPI/QR code.
This is accepted by this company only when the total invoice value is more than the minimum invoice value of Rs.499/- to Rs.4999/-.
For orders with invoice value less than Rs.499, a fee of Rs.90 or Rs.120 will be applicable.
Minimum invoice value Rs.250/- Note- For wholesale business, you will have to pay delivery charge for purchases of more than Rs.5000. This charge will be applicable according to the weight. This will have to be paid by the customers. All these orders will be paid in advance. COD orders from Rs.200 to Rs.999 will be applicable only. All orders above this will be dispatched only after payment is successful after the money is received in the payment gateway through the company account or website. Otherwise, in case of payment failed, your order will not be confirmed. In case of payment failed, the order will not be implemented.
Checking the Status of Your Order
When we ship your order, you will receive a message from my24mart1@gmail.com to your registered email Id with all the shipping and order number information. You can use your order number to check the order status
to track your order.
What to do?
1. If you are not available at the time of delivery?
The delivery partner will try to deliver
at least 2 or 3 times before returning the package back to our office.
Our delivery partner also provides a “You are not available” note or a
similar note if they have tried the delivery and you were
not available. We request you to call them on the number they have
provided on that note and get the delivery arranged by them.
As per your convenient time.
2. If you do not receive your parcel within 8 or 10 days of payment (not applicable on holidays)

All other matters will be resolved as per the company policies and binding on all
customers. Shipping policy is subject to change without any prior notice, and will be
displayed as soon as possible on our website www.my24mart.com These two websites are the registered websites of the company and there is no other website apart from this.
