Cancellation before the product is dispatched:
If the order is cancelled before the desired product is dispatched, the full amount will be refunded.
Cancellation after the product is dispatched:
If the product has been dispatched but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Service and let them know.

If the product is received in damaged condition during transit, please contact our customer service at +91 9801950097 before sending the shipment back. Our customer service representative will guide you in preparing the return shipment. For damaged product returns, you will be reimbursed up to Rs 60 towards shipping cost, provided you include the courier receipt with the return shipment. The product received back will be subject to strict quality check.
How will I be refunded for my return?
Our QC team will inspect the return shipment after receiving it at our warehouse. After successful processing of the return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of the returned product(s). If you have paid online through credit card, debit card or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. Otherwise, you will be sent a cheque from a Brand Name – R. Kiran Masaleâ„¢ Powered By – R. Kiran Industriesâ„¢ registered bank for the equivalent amount upon request.
