Return Policy

Brand Name – R. Kiran Masale™  Powered By – R. Kiran Industries™

We have a 6 to 7 days return policy on unopened parcels, items only from the date of delivery of the product. We will issue a full refund excluding shipping charges.

Once the refund approved amount will be credited to your bank account in 6-7 working days.

Also, if the item is to be returned after 3 months from the date of packaging, half the price of the MRP of the product will be refunded. But returning the product after 3 months of packaging is not allowed under any circumstances.

We request you to ensure while returning the items that they should be packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged during transit. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

For goods purchased from the company on MRP, we will refund the money only by cheque drawn on the registered bank of Brand Name – R. Kiran Masale™  Powered By – R. Kiran Industries™ , irrespective of the mode of payment made by you.

 If the payment was made by you through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net-Banking, 6% will be deducted from the refund value, and shipping charges which we have paid to send your parcel will also be deducted.

For invoices paid by cheque outside  Siwan  District, shipping charges as well as bank charges of Rs.50 to 60/- will be deducted.

Please note that the product must be unused and sent back with a copy of the original invoice.

Brand Name – R. Kiran Masale™  Powered By – R. Kiran Industries™ reserves the right to refuse any return request if the product package is opened or the product appears to be used. Our company’s decision regarding the return of any product is final and binding.
